First, we are responsive - Easy enough, huh? For such an easy way to please our clients, we find that many, many other Realtors, contractors, attorneys, mortgage people are too busy to respond quickly (or working their other job). It has made so many of our clients praise our hard work, actually disguised as being responsive. (We work hard too, I promise).
Second, we are thorough - If we are not staying on top of every aspect of the transaction, while doing the job of the cooperating Realtor, then we are not doing the best for our client.
Third, we do not sell to you - We HATE hard sells. We know everyone else does too. Instead, we like to educate and inform. If you see how we give information, you quickly understand why our approach works; it allows our clients to make informed decisions.
Fourth, we are expert negotiators - Through the many sales we have done, we can establish leverage, and make sure our clients always come out on top. Instead of just talking, we might mention that of our past 10 buyers to close, we were able to get money back at closing for issues that came up during inspections. We also know when to put up and pay, especially in a market that is so competitive - our main goal is to win for our clients.
Finally, we have experience - our sales exceed other Realtors relating to our version of Pareto Principle, the 95/5 rule (5% of Realtors do 95% of the business). I truly believe that is the case. We don't just say we are full time and then waste time away in the office - we are full time and we sell the most real estate locally.

- We close more property off-market than any other agents, through our large list of buyers and sellers, and through our marketing efforts;
