About Joe

Joe Shea’s love of Sarasota began in 1987 when his family moved to the area. He started then enjoying the immense outdoor activities and studying the rich history of the city and its early beginnings. Prior to his real estate career, he worked in the athletic field and sales. It is this background that drives Joe’s passion for cultivating relationships, attention to detail and get the win for his sellers and buyers. Having lived in several different states and well-traveled he understands the difference in what his buyers might be accustomed to and will help find the appropriate property and location for those moving to Florida for the first time. Outside of real estate Joe enjoys volunteering for nonprofit organizations, fishing, and exploring the local culinary world.
