Such a great experience buying our first home from Johanna. We asked so many questions and she was upfront and patient about everything. She always found time for us. The house we ended up buying, only my husband could go see it in person and she made a video of the entire house to send me just so I could see it as well. I felt like that was so considerate. She always asked my kids how they liked the house as well which I think was so thoughtful. She stood up for us and did not let others bully us into closing on a house without making sure everything was okay because we notice something we thought was an issue. We absolutely love our house we were so discouraged because we didn't think we would find a house we wanted in our price range but she always encouraged us and found us our dream home and within our budget. We bought our house in January and still call her with questions about things we dont know and she still happily helps us so you can tell she does this because she genuinely cares not just for money. We can not thank her enough for helping us build this very special memory. If you're looking for a realtor she is your person!!

*FAST & PROFESSIONAL* I had been searching for a home a few years before we met Johanna. We had reached out to a different realtor twice before and was lead in circles both times. I reached out to Johanna on 12/29/21 and by 01/01 /22 she had us in a meeting getting down to business. She had us approved and looking for homes within a week. Talk about starting the year with a bang! We found our home by 01/18/22. There was a few bumps with the sellers but Johanna was thorough in helping us understand everything that was going on. We closed on 04/08/22 ( we Had to wait till the home was done being built). Johanna guides us through the whole process. Her quickness, attentiveness and overall professionalism were top notch. We wouldn’t have wanted any other realtor guiding us through such an important purchase. 10/10
