John was extremely helpful when I had questions regarding the purchase of a home. He was quick to advise me on information that made a difference on my starting offer. He knows how to get the loan documents prepared so I did not have issues with the loan company and that his HUGE! I have worked with John Binder for the last two years on a couple of real estate transactions and I can highly recommend him as a realtor. He is very active in farming neighborhoods in Orange County for Sellers and once he has the listing he is always successful at finding a Buyer and closing the transaction.
