John McQueen

He calls Punta Gorda home as a fourth generation Floridian. Graduating from Charlotte High School and earning his BA at Arizona State University, he returned to Florida to earn his master’s degree from the University of South Florida. His 20+ years of experience begin with Farm Credit, he then transitioned to real estate and real estate appraisal, earning the prestigious MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. His specialty resides in agricultural appraisals, and he serves as the special magistrate for the Value Adjustment Board for Sarasota County. His community ties and contributions include serving as a board member for AMI Crossroads, Punta Gorda Youth Baseball as well as Farm Bureau. he and his wife Robyn have four children and spend their time on the sidelines cheering on their children’s extracurricular activities.
