Our experience with Brad Lytle was exceptional!! We were living in California selling our home and looking in Lake Havasu City Arizona for our new home and Brad had everything already prepared and set up the time to view homes he didn’t waist any time and only showed us the homes he New we would be interested in Brad kept complete details to our needs and always accommodating to our needs and went to bat for his clients, his clients always came first and he delivered. When we did find the home we felt would fit our needs and accommodate us, he helped us moved forward to purchase the home Brad made sure the sellers fulfilled their obligations. Since we were living in California at the time of purchase there were situations that we as buyer needed to be available such as the home inspections and we couldn’t be there well Brad always made himself available to accommodate us so we didn’t have to be traveling back and forth from California to Arizona, he would always send a quick sign form, us giving him authorization to move forward without us having to be present. Brad went back several times to the home to make sure that everything was in place and no issues had arisen. Closing Escrow was a breeze he was there every step of the way. So do we recommend Brad Lytle absolutely!! Brad is efficient and confident and effective and his clients always come first!!
