John Thiry

John Thiry, CCIM has been active in the Central Pennsylvania commercial real estate market since 2006 where he has been directly responsible for the successful completion of hundreds of commercial real estate transactions.

Prior to launching Thiry Commercial, John provided brokerage advisory services to Central Pennsylvania businesses and investors with NAI Global and Marcus & Millichap. John understands the nuts and bolts of real estate investing and has founded and served as president for multiple real estate investment companies. Prior to a career in Real Estate, John served as a submarine officer in the United States Navy and has supported the United States manned space program as a senior member of the mission control team in Houston, Texas.

John holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He served as the 2012 President of the Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Council for the Lancaster County Association of Realtors, was recognized as the 2012 Lancaster County Commercial and Industrial Practitioner of the Year and employs advanced commercial real estate skills and methods from the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation for the benefit of his clients.
