If I could give six stars, I would. I’ve never met a realtor who works as hard as Johnel does for her clients. She is transparent, honest, and incredibly skilled. I have used several realtors, and I will never use another since finding Johnel. She is the best, hands down.

I’ve worked with Johnel on two real estate transactions now — and I can confidently say she is the best realtor I’ve ever worked with.

She helped me purchase my primary residence and negotiated $30,000 off the market value. Her deep knowledge of the market, sharp negotiation skills, and attention to detail were truly impressive.

Later, when I sold a rental property, she went above and beyond once again. She provided a detailed list of smart improvements to help the home sell quickly and for top dollar, connected me with a reliable contractor, and staged the home beautifully. It sold fast and for more than I expected.

I’ve worked with two other realtors over the past decade — neither came close to the level of service and expertise Johnel offers. She genuinely cares, works tirelessly, and delivers real results. I recommend her as highly as possible!
