We are very happy to recommend Kimberly Hernandez and the Jon Walker agency to anyone looking for a home in the Spokane area. Although Kim is new to real estate, she is already demonstrating impressive skills and abilities. Plus, she has lived here all of her life, so she knows the area well. Kim was very responsive to our needs, and miraculously found us a home that met our unique needs perfectly. It was truly nothing short of a miracle. Kim was so generous with her time and was always willing to do whatever she could to answer our questions, or to find the answers we were looking for. We are very happy in our new home, and would definitely work with Kim and Jon again!

Jon was very knowledgeable about the housing market and the local area. He had data and comps to back up his pricing and a great marketing plan to get it sold quickly. He was honest and forthright – no games. My stress levels were high as (all) my criteria to get the house ready needed to be met. Jon was not only a well organized realtor, he was also an excellent support system. He was wonderful at putting my mind at ease amidst my anxiety and relieving my stress. He set the wheels in motion to make sure I had what I needed to have my house in perfect showing condition, while spending the least amount of money to get the maximum amount of return from my investment. Jon was easy to reach and responsive to all my calls, texts and emails. He answered all my questions, big or small, at all times. He is a clear and strong communicator and made this process simple and easy to understand. I felt so informed every step of the way. He sent me an email that literally started out “Step by Step List”. I appreciated his patience and expertise, and his insight was extremely valuable. Not only is Jon professional and competent, he genuinely listened to the vision I had for selling my home. Jon had my best interest in mind, and with houses flying off the market he worked hard and negotiated the sale of my house beyond my dreams. Jon had an in depth understanding of the legal terms & conditions within each contract, and explained them in terms I could understand. Jon was an excellent agent. My expectations were surpassed. Over the past four years I have purchased a home, as well as sold a home with Jon and Jesse. I am also currently in the process of buying a new home with them as well. You always hear about how stressful these processes can be, but I can testify to how simple and worry free the have made each transaction. We can’t express how grateful we are to have met and worked with Jon for 4 months during the craziness that was 2020. He was ALWAYS available to answer our questions and reached out to the appropriate people on our behalf to make sure papers were being pushed, the process was moving along, and that we were getting the best possible deal. He was always ready and willing to show houses to us, never made us feel like he was too busy for anything. He’s super knowledgeable and friendly.
