Joseph was phenomenal in all areas related to the sale of our home. Leading up to the house being placed on the market, he provided a robust strategy and tracked the market weekly for suggested updates. At his recommendation, we increased our list price in the days prior to posting which proved to be the right decision. We had one weekend of open house which was handled well and marketed heavily. Joseph was a great thought partner as we navigated the review of multiple offers. Throughout the escrow process and after closing Joseph was proactively communicating updates and always available to help when needed. He's great at all the "real estate stuff" but really it just comes down to him being a person with strong integrity and solid character.

Joseph Cardoza was absolutely fabulous in helping my family find the perfect home. I turned the house-hunting job over to my grandson, Raul, who is disabled and needs to have accessible housing. The two of them, both bilingual in Spanish and English, worked together and found the perfect home within my budget...even better. They found a 5 -bedroom home that had a huge yard with enormous potential to be made into a haven for family parties. Joseph’s service is, hands down, the best we have ever received. I have never felt that someone, so genuinely, had our best interest in mind. He helped us through the sale of our home and was patient, and answered every question we had. His level of communication is off the charts. He got us the best price for our home, that exceeded every expectation. We were wavering between renting and buying and he never once pressured us to buy, he continued to support us even when we were sure we were going to rent. Ultimately, we found the home of our dreams and he guided us through a seamless purchase!

I was retiring from the Corps and had a short amount of time to move my family to Tx. With the power of God and Joseph’s expertise with the market and amazing communication skills we got the listing price offer, closed two days before we were supposed to leave.
