It was very reassuring to have Joseph during our search because with each question about the property/neighborhood/area he was able to answer and supply us with all the information we needed. During the offer period, Joseph was very on top of his work by getting the offer in, contacting the owner's agent, and keeping us informed all within a very timely manner.
