President of the Mile High Real Estate Exchange in 1996 and 1997. Helped launch the Pueblo Association of Exchangers in 2006.

15 years of Residential, Commercial and Real Estate Development expertise. Started working the Pueblo real estate community in 1999 and eventually moved to Pueblo in June 2006.

Subdivided and sold portions of University East for multi-family and commercial Development 2003

Master Planned and subdivided Belmont Place 2005-2007 a 114 acre mixed use development site with commercial, multi-family and single family residential.

Sold year-to-date over $5.4million in Pueblo Real Estate in 2007. Current development and sales of the only residential townhomes on the Riverwalk in addition to the Lamkin Loft conversion in the Union Historical District.
