Joseph Maser

Joseph K. Maser joined U. S. Commercial Realty in early 2024, along with his Father, Tom McDermott. Based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, the full-service firm deals in sale and leasing of commercial, industrial, investment and land development real estate throughout Central Pennsylvania. He currently serves as an Associate Broker for the Firm.

Joe was previously a Broker at NAI Commercial Partners, Inc. where he focused primarily on commercial sales, leasing and consulting.

He earned his B.A. Degree in Industrial Psychology from California University.

Active in real estate since 2005, Joe is involved in all facets of commercial real estate such as sales, leasing, investment, development and consulting. In addition to real estate, he has also been involved in business consulting with a specialty in technology guidance. Joe has been successfully advising small businesses, local government and non-profits in South Central PA for the past 20 years.

Maser is licensed as a broker in Pennsylvania and holds memberships in the Lancaster County Association of Realtors (LCAR), Pennsylvania Association of Realtors (PAR), National Association of Realtors, and Lancaster County Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Council. Joe also served on LCAR’s C&I Board of Directors.
