Josh Porthouse is a 15-year Marine Corps Infantryman, licensed Florida REALTOR, and Host of the podcast, Transacting Value.
He created his real estate brand Blue Collar Realtor to educate, empower, and encourage people about the impacts of home ownership on purpose, hope, and self-worth. He uses its YouTube channel to discuss not only the social science of real estate; but also, the character, culture, and community underpinning the Greater Tampa Bay area. He founded the nonprofit Blue Collar Foundation to create opportunities that instigate self-worth in the real estate industry for Veterans, First Responders, and their families. Here, education is the only product - no leads, no commissions.(https://www.BlueCollarFoundation.org/county-resources)
