Born and raised in the city, Jay Figueroa grew up in southeast Los Angeles and was captain of his high school basketball team. Jay, who held an entrepreneurial leadership mindset from early on, stuck to business and became a successful real estate professional.

Helping his parents buy their first home ensured a place in his heart for real estate, especially for first-time buyers. “My core values are all about family, faith, integrity, and creating financial freedom,” he says. “I’ve seen that you can help people achieve one of their biggest accomplishments in life.” Even after being a Realtor® for more than a decade, it’s a thrill for him to hand new owners the keys to their dream.

Giving back to the community, Jay supports nonprofits that focus on inner-city youth sports. He’s happily married to his high school sweetheart, and they love spending time with their two kids. He remains a sports fanatic, helping out with his son’s football program and taking Sundays to root for the Green Bay Packers.
