I was looking at purchasing a Condo in North Miami during the pandemic. I was a little hesitant being that I could not travel to Miami to see the property. Mr. Ramos was able to show me several ones on the market until I made a decision to purchase. I purchase this property all from NYC. Mr. Ramos was knowledgeable about the property and made it easy for me to purchase it. He worked on a fair price and both parties were happy. I would recommend and use Mr. Ramos in the future to anyone interested in purchasing in Miami/Ft. Lauderdale.

If you ever need a professional and responsible real state agent, this is Mr. Juan Ramos. I was impressed the way he advertised my house. Pictures, virtual videos on line and descriptions. My property was sold in 5 days, by the second day on the market we had over 8 offers on the table. He handled every step with professionalism and the entire transaction went very smooth. I just closed my home purchase with Juan last week. I highly recommend him. He was able to find me a good lender that was able to close before the deadline.
