Juana started her real estate career more than ten years ago at the real estate office A-1 Associates, Inc., the name was changed later to A-1 Plus Associates Inc. located in Queens Village New York; Juana visited the office trying to rent an apartment for her and her three daughters. Mr. Silva, agent, approached Juana to purchase a home instead of renting an apartment and she rapidly accepted even though Juana did not know at the time the processing to purchase a home. Afterward, looking to many properties for sales, Juana did not buy a house, and thanks to that experience, she understands now the fear and anxiety many first time buyers experience when they are looking for properties to purchase. Mr. Silva saw in Juana the potential she projected as a future sales agent and he offered her to work in the office with him; being the inquisitive person that Juana is, she accepted the challenging proposition, which afterward became immensely rewarding. Juana studied hard to get the sales agent license, and when she received it, Juana started to grow her empire of clients. Juana thrived as a real estate agent in Queens Village, Hollis, St. Albans, Elmont and other areas. She learned the process of traditional sales transactions and always encouraged herself to do better. In 2013 Juana became New York State Real Estate Associate Broker of the company, A-1 Plus Associates, Inc. Unfortunately, shortly after that, a sad news marked Juana’s real estate career. Mr. Silva, her mentor for years, passed away from an illness and changes in the office made; Juana decided to continue on her own real estate journey. Juana started working as solo licensed real estate broker in Floral Park NY, and successfully continue helping the community move forward.
