Judy has helped me purchase 2 properties within the last 5 years. The first purchase was my first time buying a property and I was new to Arizona. Judy was so amazingly helpful and patient with me from the initial meeting to the signing of the documents. She took the time to walk me through the details of the process and didn’t mind telling me things a second time when I would forget something. During this purchase we looked at 15-20 places before I found THE ONE and Judy was patient on each trip and never tried to talk me into anything I didn’t fall in love with on my own. Some properties I would ask Judy to keep driving past the property because I didn’t like something as small as the color of a mail box and she would just say: ok lets go to the next one! Once we found THE ONE Judy’s negotiation skills helped seal the deal for me and I kept the property for almost 4 years at which point ‘I’ was now WE and WE were ready to get something bigger. We called Judy to be sure our ducks were in line prior to starting the actual search and once Judy helped us with that part we had lists of homes to view in our email shortly after using all of our specific items we wanted in our home. As soon as we narrowed down a handful of properties Judy took us to each house until THE new ONE was located. After lots of searching again we finally found it! The night we found our house it was almost 10 at night and Judy had been on the go all day, no dinner, and had not seen her family all day and she was still by my side that night sizing up the rooms of this house I just had to have in my life. She helped me picture where furniture would go and asked me important questions to confirm to myself if this was really the one. Between both of us yawning we decided it was the one we had been looking for and Judy had documents ready to make our offer on the very next day. This second go around with Judy was nothing short of the first, all around fabulous. One of my favorite things about Judy is she does not ‘size you up’ and is open to all walks of life. Judy makes you feel like your business is appreciated even if it is not a million dollar home being sold. Also, she is very honest about everything; even if she does not something she is honest about it and finds the answer right away. Judy is also always open with her schedule so we never felt like we could not get a hold of her at any point during the process. I don’t really remember leaving many voicemails because she picks up the phone more often than not. We are very particular clients (some may say slightly high maintenance), so as long as Judy will continue to work with us we will be calling Judy when we are ready to make another home change.

Judy is awesome. She sold my house in less than 1 day. It was a cash sell So now we had to hurry and find my new house. She made arrangements for me to rent back my house for a month. She found me a very nice house that my daughter and I loved and felt it was good for me. I love my place. It is perfect. I did have some issues with the HOA and the fees and Judy was able to straighten out the problems. It is nice that after the house was sold and she was willing to help me out a couple of months later with the Hoa. If I was to sell again I would sign up with Judy again.
