Judy Stone

Judy not only lives in the Historic Old West End but also has restored seven homes in the area with her husband, Skip Gaynor. One of her restoration projects was featured in THE BLADE in 1992 and was toured by two thousand visitors from as far away as Handan, China, and Hungary...and again in 2003 and 2023, they opened their home for Old West End Festival Tours and hosted a guest from Bosnia who was a participant of the Dayton Peace Accords. Her love, history and knowledge of Toledo and area neighborhoods will enhance your selling or buying a home in the area. She is a graduate of the University of Toledo and Leadership Toledo. Her passion for Toledo includes fundraising for non-profit organizations and supporting the arts and culture of Toledo. For her volunteer efforts, she has been recognized with many community awards: Member of Toledo Board, Ohio and National Board of REALTORS, 1998-present; Danberry President's Club Award, 1999-09; the only three time winner of the Danberry Golden Eagle Award for outstanding customer service, Danberry Volunteer Award 2020, Lifetime Member of the Toledo Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club, Ohio Association of Realtors Award of Achievement/Distinction, Toledo Board of Realtors 2009 Realtor Citizen of the Year, Landmark's and a proclamation from the City of Toledo.
