Julian is an excellent real state agent that made our first home purchase very simple and easy to understand! He was at the top of his game and made sure we felt comfortable in every stage of the purchase and reached out to us pretty much everyday for any concerns we would have. Some people told us that buying a house for the first time was a difficult procedure, but with Julian and eXP realty it was a relatively easy process. Best realtor in town! Always willing to go above and beyond. I was very worried about purchasing our first home because I wasn’t sure what it what is was going to look for us but after talking Julian he helped ease our worries. He did a great job with explaining the process and giving us good feedback on what was the best way to go or do things. We did it Julian!
Working with Julian was a breeze. I was a 1st time home buyer and very nervous going in.
After I reached out to him. Julian set up a meeting to explain the whole home buying process and really put me at ease.(little did I know how helpful this would be when we got to making offers and during escrow) He familiarized me with language, and paperwork/procedures of making offers, escrow, etc. He asked all the right questions regarding budget, location, necessities and optional when it came to searching for the right Home. After a Pre-approval he was quick with finding and showing potential properties. I work late and he was always willing to accommodate my schedule even if it meant looking at houses until 9-10 pm. He was respectful with my budget but at the same time had recommendations that where “worth it” right outside my budget. Huían gave me 110% effort. When I finally decided on a home I made him take me to the property again at 10 pm just to see if my Jeep would fit in the garage. It fit, and now here we are. I am proud homeowner of that very same house.
Thanks again Julian for your all the effort, knowledge, enthusiasm, and for making my dream of being a home owner come true.

Having Julian as our realtor was the best decision we made in our home purchasing journey. With the red hot San Diego market, properties were flying off the MLS within days and selling for 5k-10k even 20K above list price. We felt our dream of owning a home was slipping further and further away as the weeks passed by. We were at a point where we thought compromising on all of our “wants” was the only way, we even considered buying outside the neighborhood we really wanted! We were thinking that holding off on our home purchase was our only option. Thankfully Julian never let us down and was always there to get our spirits up and was always there to answer our questions and put our fears at ease. Julian was able to provide us with a strong game plan and was very strategic with the way we should present our offers. We put our trust in his hands and he didn’t let us down. It was because of his knowledge and ability to adapt to a crazy sellers market that we landed our dream home. I still can’t believe we actually got this house, as Im sitting on my couch writing this review. Thank you for never giving up on us, thank you for your dedication, thank you for always being available to answer our questions and thank you for getting us into the home of our dreams!!
