Juliana and Madison were super. Right after we listed with them, the market took a turn for the worst. We were really concerned because we had purchased another place. Juliana told us to be patient and reassured us that our home would sell. She and Maddy redoubled their efforts and went to work on our behalf. In spite of our concerns, they brought us an offer close to our asking price. Then they held our hands through the closing of escrow. Juliana also worked with us on the closing of the new place, acting on our behalf with the builder and the bank. Her counsel and expertise was invaluable throughout the process. We highly recommend this dynamic team. We truly appreciated their market knowledge, empathy and patience during a very stressful process.

Juliana is a Rock Star! I do not think the title Realtor gives her credit for everything that she does. She went above and beyond in helping us not only find the perfect house but also coordinated and arranged for pool, flooring, tile, paint, general contractor, handyman, tree services, A/C repair, and many more. You name it and Juliana has a person for it and can get them out to help ASAP. She understands time is of the essence and was extremely responsive to text, email, and phone calls. When the perfect property for us came on the market I reached out to her at 8 AM in the morning and she booked us the very first scheduled viewing at 10 AM. We are so thankful for all of her hard work and for all of the great people she introduced us to. We are extremely excited to have our new home but also sad that we will not be able to work with her anymore. Thank you Juliana!

Juliana is great! She was attentive and hard working during our house hunt. She passed along several good suggestions for service providers for our new home and helped coordinate inspections and immediate repairs/cleaning/fumigation while we were out of state. Juliana recently sold rental property for us and she did an exceptional job. Her advise to us in all areas of this process was spot on. She consistently went above and beyond our highest expectations. From her suggested property improvements, her staging, marketing, pricing, negotiating, and getting escrow to close within 30 days. She increased the value of our property and she created a bidding war which placed us in a prime positions while negotiating. She listed our property on a Wednesday followed by the first open house weekend and by Monday we had multiple offers with escrow later that week. We also had great backup offers to help strengthen our negotiating position while in escrow. We highly recommend Juliana to all of our acquaintances.

My husband and I have been looking at homes off and on for the past few years but it wasn’t until we started working with Juli that we really go the ball rolling. She helped us to understand the whole buying process and gave us so many great suggestions to get into the best position to buy. She asked us tons of questions to understand exactly what we wanted to find, what types of things we enjoyed doing, how we would spend our downtime, etc.
When we found a home that we wanted to make an offer on, Juli was quick to negotiate a great price for us, she handled scheduling all of our inspections and was there for each one. She also took time to talk with both of us (sometimes conference calls and sometimes late at night) helping us through the stress and explaining everything we needed to know...
We are now in our new home, and so ridiculously happy and excited and grateful!!!
We have already recommend Juliana to all of our family and any of our friends that are thinking about buying a home. We both say wholeheartedly, she is definitely the agent you want to work with!

The home buying process is a marathon not a sprint. Juliana seamlessly navigated the difficult hurdles of our home purchase. From late night calls and texts. To encouragement when we were down. The personal touch she provides an intensive real estate knowledge is a must have in a home purchase. We were first time home buyers and we have no intention of moving anytime soon. However, if ever we decide to move Juliana will be the only person we call!

I met Juli on a very hot Sunday in September. She was hosting an open house in Ventura. I was driving from Granada Hills and was stuck in traffic. I called to say I was very interested in the house and to please wait. And she did. For almost an hour past the open house.

As soon as I met her I knew wanted Juli to represent me as well as the seller. She was honest and fair to us both. She helped the seller get her house ready to show, hauling countless bags of bark to beautify the garden paths.

She answered every question I had immediately, no matter what time of day or night it was.

Her recommendations for plumbing and termite work were excellent. She was there when the inspector came. She kept me updated every step of the way through this sale.

I will recommend her to my friends and family who want to buy in this area. I will use her when I’m ready to invest again. Because she will find me another unicorn.
