Julie is knowledge, reliable, and most of all listens and answers all your questions within minutes. I was referred to her and I know why so I am passing this review for all that either want to sell or buy a Home. I needed to find a Home to fit my two teenagers, my parents and myself within my budget. That's a journey in itself. I was blessed to have her as my agent, the first meet she had a packet not only for me but my parents with an information sheet of the house we were looking at on top of that it included three other houses in the area that she scheduled perfectly from one house to next we looked at 4 within 2hrs .Without her assurance and positive attitude and willingness to provide me with every scenerio good or bad to know that she was not just doing her job she really cares and when she said I found it. She was right, I walked in and before I saw any other room, I said you did, this is it. It was like everyone said it would be like when you find your home you will know as soon as you open the door. I couldn't believe it's perfect and I they would think the same, I was right, we put our offer the we got extension, till 8pm, this, was the hardest, I texted her asking so many questions, like what if and if they don't?? Did you hear anything like a child I felt, she answered each call, at 7:59pm she called and I was like oh no and she says Hello Home Owner. I said your kidding? She says would I kid ? I screamed No my family lookedy at me with sadness then Yes we got it and my whole family jumped up and down and it was the Best Feeling. She found the perfect home in every way. Julie is the Agent that I would recommend to anyone and know that she will find you your perfect Home or a buyer that would buy your Home with you as the focus. Julie, Thank You for making this come true and It was so much fun getting to know you and your so pleasant to be around, that I would like to become an agent to just hang around you.
