Julie is an AWESOME realtor! She listens, responds quickly and is not pushy. Julie gave us excellent advice on what we needed to do to our home to get the best price. She also searched for exactly what we needed and were looking for and did not try to push us into something more expensive or wasn't exactly what we were looking for. If she was going to be unable for any reason, she let us know and provided the name and number on someone that would help us in her absence. We could not be more pleased with our experience with Julie and would highly recommend her!

Julie Harman with ReMax is an awesome agent!! She's not only very professional and knowledgeable but very friendly and easy to work with. She was very patient with me and always responded quickly to any of my calls, emails, etc. when I had questions, as we searched for just the right house for me!
I would definitely recommend her if you're looking for a real estate agent!

Julie is an outstanding realtor who we had the pleasure of working with to both buy our new home and sell our old home. She is professional and extremely thorough which we appreciated. Julie's experience and skill to navigate home sellers/buyers through the process is quite valuable. Julie moves at your pace and adapts to the level of communication the buyer/seller desires. She is not pushy, abrasive, or demanding. Rather, Julie has an ease about her and she is very calming which makes for lower stress through the busy process of buying and selling a home. Julie also has a top-notch network of contacts for a flawless experience with things like incredible professional photography for the seller's home, loan officer, home inspection, etc. We were extremely pleased with Julie and you won't be disappointed. Julie was very patience and understanding when house searching. I was pretty new to the area so didn’t know exactly what I was looking for. Not sure how many houses we went through (a lot) but she found the right one. When I’m ready to sell/buy again I will definitely choose her.

Julie was amazing from start to finish.. She kept me from loosing my mind a few times 😁 was very professional took charge and fought for us all the way to our closing.. I would highly recommend her if you are planning on buying a new home. We probably looked at 30 houses and from the late night phone calls to the all day looking at houses...she will be there for you.
