Julie has always had a passion for real estate and remodeling. When she began her second career in 2007, she knew she wanted to live in the mountains. Julie made the best two moves!

Haywood County is a wonderful place to live, work, and play. Julie feels so fortunate to be on the frontline of working in real estate for all the people in our community, as well as introducing people to the area.
Julie is originally from Wisconsin. She earned a B.S. in Biology from Bucknell University and a master's in physiology from Indiana University. She and her family lived in South Florida and Vero Beach for 15 years while she worked in the medical field.

Julie and her husband have two children: a daughter, who is an accomplished equestrian eventer and who is also pursuing several careers in teaching and hydrogeology, and a son who has almost completed his performance and business degree at Berklee College to move into the music management industry to help artists succeed. Julie’s two additional "children" that reside at home are dogs.

When not out working in real estate or managing vacation rentals, Julie enjoys mountain living with lots of activities from hiking to exercising, far and near traveling, and other activities centered around family.
