I can't recommend Julie enough! Our house had been on the market for a year, and our previous agents were able to show it three whole times! We signed with Julie and she immediately got the property posted. We had a signed offer within two weeks in a very difficult market. Julie was very helpful and extremely professional. When we had something we needed to take care of, she was not reluctant to let us know. Having Julie as our realtor was absolutely the BEST experience! Coming from out of state, she made sure to hear our "needs and wants," especially since we had no idea what we were doing. We met with her one weekend with a dozen possibilities. We left Nampa having signed a contract for our new home to be built. Throughout the 10 months, she sent us emails, photos, and went with us to every appointment with the builder. Julie was spectacular, keeping our "high-stress-cross-country-move" simply easy and ENJOYABLE!!

I was a first-time homebuyer at age 52 and had no clue what buying a home entailed. I was interested in a Corey Barton Home that I had seen online and after driving by to see it decided it was time to get out of apartment life. After getting a tour through CBH Homes I fell in love with it. A friend from work recommended Julie and I called her. That very day she had me already set up with a proposal and my road to a new home began. Julie was professional and so patient explaining the process to me. She informed me each step of the way what to expect and did so with enthusiasm and kindness. I highly recommend Julie Geller. We were living out of state and had actually started out with a different realtor. After showing us only 3 houses, that realtor said we weren't serious and dropped us! We tried to work with a second realtor but he wanted a flat rate because the homes we were interested in weren't expensive enough for his commission requirements. Julie was so patient and understanding. She would send us pictures of the inside of homes that we were interested in (other realtor did not want to do this) and on short notice be available to show them to us. Julie has a good working relationship with other realtors, always did her homework, gave us good information, and came prepared for homes she thought we would bid on. When my wife and I made the decision to search for a new home I reached out to Julie Geller. I had worked with Julie 10 years prior when I purchased our current home and she was so helpful with the process then that I never had a second thought about working with her again.
