I've been active in San Fernando Valley real estate and finance since 1997, starting in banking and mortgage lending before moving into sales. Licensed since 2003, broker since 2008 (CA DRE #01338897), with thousands of transactions across residential sales, lending, and investment. Cal State Northridge graduate, B.A. Finance & Real Estate.
In 2024, I launched Clear Way Real Estate in partnership with Side, an invitation-only platform for top-producing boutique brokers. In 2025, I added Clear Way Property Management (CA DRE #02340629) for Valley landlords and investors.
I'm passionate about real estate as a tool for building wealth, minimizing taxes, and creating long-term legacy. From house hacking to multi-unit investments, I help clients understand how to leverage real estate's unique financial advantages to build lasting equity and generational opportunities. My financial mindset, built in banking and mortgage, shapes how I approach every deal, whether it's a first-time buyer, a family home sale, or a growing rental portfolio. I've personally renovated properties and stay close to the tax strategies that actually move the needle for California homeowners and investors (Prop 19, Section 121, 1031 exchanges).
A lifelong San Fernando Valley resident now based in Lake Balboa, I serve clients across Lake Balboa, Van Nuys, Encino, Sherman Oaks, Northridge, Reseda, Studio City, Canoga Park, West Hills, Woodland Hills, Chatsworth, Porter Ranch, and the surrounding Valley. After launching Clear Way in partnership with Side, I worked directly under Anthony Marguleas at Amalfi Estates on higher-tier properties, which gives me Westside expertise for clients looking at Pacific Palisades and beyond.
I served on the Lake Balboa Neighborhood Council as Communications Chair and Planning & Land Use Co-Chair, and as Chair (2023) of the Southland Regional Association of Realtors' Grievance & Ethics Committee.
