Justin went above and beyond to help us with finding a home in Nashville while we still lived full time in Dallas. Justin visited homes and took videos of them for us to view, he regularly texted us to update us on the market, and he was available for us 24/7 on the weekends we flew to nashville to visit homes to buy as we were looking on a short timeline. Furthermore, he was honest about his thoughts regarding the pricing and condition of homes, allowed us the space to voice our own concerns and feedback, and happily visited homes we were interested in MULTIPLE times before we decided to make an offer. Justin is thorough, committed, and hardworking and a true pleasure to work with. We will DEFINITELY use him again for our future home buying and selling and enjoyed working with him and his team!

The Nashville housing market is crazy to say the least! It moves fast and has many “pot holes” that you could get lost in. Having a realtor that understands the ins and outs of this market is critical.
Justin Floyd is that guy! He understands the pace of the market along with knowing what will and will not help move a property. Justin helped me sell a property and brought with him a great network of potential buyers as well as an incredible team to assist all along the way. I never felt alone in the process and if questions arose they were quickly addressed and resolved!
In short if you are buying or selling Justin Floyd can get It done the right way and you can trust him completely to work hard to understand your needs!
We all know that selling or buying a home is stressful no matter what other teams may say… it is more Important to work with someone that is local and that you can count on to help you navigate those stresses!!!

Justin was great to work with selling our house! We hired him because being an East Nashville local, he was very knowledgeable of the market in that area. He also had great solutions in the negotiation process that saved us a ton of money.

This was our first time selling our home so we were super nervous. Justin made us feel very comfortable and confident throughout the whole process through his timely responses. He is incredibly kind and hilarious, so the process was actually a lot of fun.

As such, we knew his knowledge of the neighborhood will help us get maximum value for our home sale as well as realistic and helpful guidance for our home purchase. Can't say enough great things about Justin! I truly don't believe we could have received better service/care from anyone else, including the fact that he sold our home well over asking price. He was honest and thoughtful about what we needed to do in order to get our home ready to be put on the market. He was super communicative and filled us in every step of the way. He was so organized and even put all our offers into a spreadsheet so we could easily determine the best option. On top of that, he was kind, a pleasure to work with, and patient with all the questions we had throughout the process. He went above and beyond! He was clearly made for this industry and we would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking to buy/sell in the Nashville area.

My fiancee and I were first time home buyers and new to Nashville and Tennessee. Justin was a great guide as we explored different areas of the city and narrowed in on the type of house which would meet our needs. He always made himself readily available for house showings which was great as listings go very quickly. Once we found "the house", Justin was there to guide us through the paperwork and was able to answer all our questions. Justin Floyd is amazing! We were in the process of selling a house in Indianapolis and our real estate agent there connected us with Justin. We were very familiar with Nashville in general, but weren’t incredibly knowledgeable about the market and personalities of the different neighborhoods. He helped us find the right fit and worked with us remotely until we were able to take a trip down to see what our options were in real time. He was extremely responsive and available when we needed him. Selling a house while buying a house at the same time was new to us and he walked us through the entire process, explaining things while looking out for our best interests. He’s also just such a nice guy with great recommendations for all things local! Hopefully we don’t have to move soon, but if and when we do, we will use Justin Floyd and suggest you do too!

Justin has expert knowledge of the area and the market.
