Justin Soriano

This is Justin Soriano; he is a full time Real Estate agent and works for Signature Premier Properties in Smithtown NY. As a resident of Smithtown his entire life, he has been able to quickly build a large client base and reputation in the community with my amazing team "The Oneil Team" at Signature Premier Properties. In their first year of their team, starting in 2020, they were able to sell over 175 homes and help so many families in one of the toughest markets this country has ever seen. Justin and his team's knowledge of the area, dedication to their clients, and love for helping others are what set them apart from other agents in the industry.

Justin graduated from Smithtown High School West in 2015. During his time there he was able to win Volunteer of The Year at Stony Brook University Hospital. He then went on to graduate from SUNY Albany with a business degree in 2019. He always had a passion for helping the community and had an interest in construction/real estate on Long Island. Working at Signature Premier Properties in his hometown was the perfect fit, and he was able to join "The Oneil Team" which helped strengthen his career in Real Estate tremendously! In his free time, he likes to ski, snowboard, fish, watch sports (golf, Hockey, Football, baseball), spend time with my family and friends, and give back to his community.

In addition to Real estate, Justin is the President of The North Shore Young Professionals, a 35 and under networking group, which promotes local businesses and young entrepreneurs across long island. The North Shore Young Professionals (NSYP) is a group of young, Long Island adults under the age of 35 who embrace an entrepreneurial mindset and have a passion for business while promoting growth and change in the community. With social events, volunteer work, and community outreach, the group helps network with fellow young individuals trying to grow their business and their life to whatever they may want it to be. The group’s mission is to help the young professionals of Long Island grow their careers in a fun environment where fellow young professionals can network and grow each other’s businesses. This summer they were able to host our first Networking event at Stereo Garden in Patchogue. There, over 200 young entrepreneurs were able to meet and network while also raising money for charity. They were able to donate $5000 to The Smithtown Children's Foundation to help local families in need.

Through these networking events they host, so many people are introduced to new people from all walks of business. People make connections that can last a lifetime while also helping gain more business than before. It's unbelievable how much money you can make by just connecting yourself with the right people and doing right by them as well. Justin has been able to be comfortable in his business now because he has been able to build a large referral network.

Networking is one of the greatest tools in growing your business exponentially for years to come. A wise man once said, “Networking can get you in rooms degrees cannot.” It really is about who you know, not what you know. This is something he lives and preaches daily! Working in Real Estate over the past two years the best advice anyone has given me was to reach out to my sphere of influence and use the people you know to help grow your business. Not only to help yourself, but to help your fellow referral partners as well. Doing the right thing by other people is huge and by doing that others will do right back to you!”

Real Estate and Networking have blessed him with so many new and great people in his life. From meeting amazing clients and families to some of his newest business partners becoming his best friends. Justin is incredibly happy and blessed with the path my business has taken him on and encourages anyone to pursue their dreams in whatever you want to carry out in life!
