Kaaren Lofgren

Kaaren Lofgren comes to McEnearney as a Licensed Full-Service REALTOR® in the State of Virginia. She is a member of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors with distinguished designations such as NVAR Top Producer, Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), e-Pro (certification for Internet professional), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and Master Certified Real Estate Negotiator (MCNE). She is currently working on achieving the GRI designation (Graduate, Realtor Institute).

Kaaren knows that buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions people make and her goal is to provide a seamless transaction by anticipating needs and handling the unexpected efficiently and professionally. Kaaren understands that communicating with her clients throughout the entire transaction is critical to achieving this goal.

Having lived in Northern Virginia for over 40 years she has a vast and detailed knowledge of the area and the amenities offered in its various neighborhoods and townships. Along with more than 13 years in real estate, Kaaren brings over 25 years’ experience from the corporate world with expertise in high level project management, negotiation, managing multi-million dollar budgets; and, most importantly, high level customer service.

This experience positions Kaaren to provide the type of service needed to deal with the nuances of today’s complicated real estate transactions. With over $90 million dollars in successful settlements, Kaaren has a proven track record of success. She is dedicated to her client’s specific needs, excels at working with diverse personalities, and is excellent at establishing ongoing relationships as proven through her repeat clients and referrals.

Kaaren is married with three daughters who are grown and are having children of their own. She is happy to be a grandmother to five beautiful grandchildren. Her greatest joy is spending time with family and friends and playing with her grandchildren. As a result of becoming a grandmother, Kaaren has become an amateur cake baker who creates children’s themed birthday cakes.

Kaaren is active in supporting the cause to find a cure for breast cancer. She has walked several times for Susan G. Koman 3-Day, the Avon Breast Cancer Walk, and Relay for Life. She continues to support this fight in any possible way. She also helps to support It Takes A Village Baby which is a non-profit organization started by her daughter. This organization helps to provide essential baby gear, supplies, and resources for families in need.
