I have been involved in the real estate industry since college when a Realtor friend became my mentor in investing. I have purchased and sold millions of dollars worth of homes and land over the 25 year span of my career. For 15 years, I owned a land development and excavation business and created subdivisions ranging from 5-750 acres. My knowledge with regards to unimproved land is extensive. Over the past 15 years I have worked with residential and luxury home buyers purchasing homes up to nearly $3M.

My knowledge includes extensive experience as an investor and owner of a land development and excavation company. I am a certified MCAD developer. Building lots, large tracks and estate properties are one of my specialties. My clients include private land buyers, builders and developers.

I also sell residential properties and am a certified member of The institute for Luxury Home Marketing.

Prior to joining Cool Mountain Realty and Construction, I was the top producing individual Keller Williams agent, in an office of 360 agents and 10th in the Southeast Region. Due to aged and declining residential inventory and my expertise in land sales, it seemed prudent to work with the firm that had access to an in house builder as well as a log home distributorship. Aging home inventory have been driving many buyers to build custom homes.
