Karen Galipeault

Karen was born in Fitchburg, MA. After graduating from Holy Family High School, she immediately began managing her family’s sporting goods store in 1975 with her soon to be husband, Ron. Karen and Ron built the business to be the largest single store front Ski & Scuba Shop in Massachusetts. Karen’s passion for animals started to take over when she purchased her first Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Show Dog in 1997. Her passion, enthusiasm and quest for perfection brought her to the ranks of one of the top AKC Breeders and Handlers. The travel required for this success introduced her to many areas of the Eastern Seaboard from Maine to Florida. Without a doubt, Karen decided that Hernando County was the place to live. Real Estate was her next goal and passion. Karen became a Licensed Florida Realtor in 2013, and in 2018 achieved her Real Estate Broker License & GRI. A top Producer, with over 250 Properties Sold, earning Awards every year, only partially speaks of her Dedication & Caring to get the job done for each & every Family. Karen is no longer in the dog show world, as she quickly realized that to be true to her Real Estate customers, this was a full-time job. She has not given up her passion for animals. Occasionally, you will see Karen riding her Rocky Mountain Horse, Pappy on the beautiful Hernando County trails. Karen Specializes in all phases of Residential Real Estate from Coast to Coral.
