Karen is an AWESOME realtor, she went above and beyond to make sure we saw all the houses we were interested in. Karen handled everything. I never had to talk to anyone other than Karen. Any issues or questions I had karen took care of it and if she didn't have the answer she would get it. She was also very patient and was genuinely concerned with our happiness with the house rather than trying to rush through the process. She viewed several houses with us and I was a very picky buyer but her only concern was my wife and I's happiness and future investment. She also was very honest. She would tell you exactly what she thought in a polite way rather than tell you what you want to hear just to make the sell.

Update: it's been 2 years and my wife and I couldn't have picked a better home. All of it was made possible with Karen! Definitely recommend her services!

I could write a book about how awesome Karen Hollifield is as a realtor. But since Google is asking for a review, not a book, here's what I would say: Karen takes time to listen and process what you say. She is mindful of your wants when showing you housing options. She is not pushy, but is encouraging. She will also tell you if you're making a wise choice based on budget and market analysis. When you choose Karen for your real estate needs, you are getting lifetime agent because I promise you'll never use anyone else after she's been part of your journey ! She sees you through the whole process and even beyond !

When I first started looking at houses, I swore I did not want or need a realtor... Karen proved me to be wrong within about an hour. Not only did I need her help, but I could not have asked for better help. I felt so comfortable with her and she made the process so smooth and easy (and that's not something many people can say in todays market). She advised me on what to do, how to do it, and we became great friends along the way. Karen is super trustworthy and will be completely honest with you from the start. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend her if you're buying your first house or your tenth, she will not lead you astray. I adore my new home and I can't wait to invite her back to see what an impact she made.
