Karen learned early on the necessary negotiating skills for survival in a household of drama and controlled chaos. They have five daughters. Since a parent's capabilities seem to expand in proportion to their children's needs, this magical process transformed their lives. Training and growth continued in her years of management and customer service after graduating from SJSU with a Business/Marketing degree.
