We knew Karen was one of the top realtors for our area in Poway, so we were very happy when we were able to arrange for her to represent us in the sale of our home. She did a fantastic job presenting our home. The listing with the photos was first class. She did a great job working with potential buyers and was able to get the home under contract in 6 days. She is very attentive to the details and maintained good communications with us every step of the way. She is also a very good negotiator. We give Karen our highest recommendation, and are sure you would be very happy with her as your realtor.

This Agent went above and beyond what I would expect. Working with a very difficult agent on the other end, she kept her cool under pressure, explained what was not understood and gave me very sound advice.

Let me start with the caveat that Karen is a friend but that only gives me more insight to her character. You don’t trust one of the most important transactions of your life to someone just because they are friends.

We hired Karen to sell our Poway home of 22 years. We had 8 days to get our house on the market. Karen immediately seeded demand with a “coming soon” listing. A quick walkthrough yielded priority tasks to prepare for an open house and we got to work.

One of Karen’s many talents is strategy. We we were on board with aggressive pricing to generate interest and multiple offers. You don’t want to be the guy with a “just reduced” listing. Her listing price was even lower than I felt comfortable with, but I trusted her judgment and I am glad I did.

8 days after signing Karen, we had a packed open house on a Saturday. On Sunday a prospect wanted to make an offer that would be immediately accepted and Karen worked wonders to make that happened, demonstrating another talent, negotiation.

In the end she broke the record for homes in our neighborhood. And after working with here I feel we are even closer friends than when we started. Enough said!

...Oh wait, she also helped us buy our dream home in a highly competitive market!

Karen helped us buy a new home in a tough, competitive market, and really guided us through the process. She listed our house and used a number of strategies to get us a great price very quickly. Throughout this process, Karen kept everything stress-free by thinking of everything before it needed to be done. She understands both the legal side of real estate and the emotional side for the customer. She is professional and responsive--and nice too! It was a real pleasure working with Karen.
