Oh man where do I start! From the frist time I got referred to Karen she was on finding me the perfect home for me and my spouse. She was on top of me signing everything and making sure I was getting everything done in a timely manner. She was awesome! Karen was great throughout the entire process! I am a new home buyer, so I had no experience. Karen assisted in each step of the process, and ensured each step was successfully done, which I found helpful. Karen was always willing to answer my questions. She allowed herself to be available at all points of the day, which I found comforting. She kept a positive attitude even when we were unable to get a place in the beginning. In the end, she encouraged us to put in an offer one more time, in which was enough for the seller to accept. Communication with Karen was continuous, which I found important being that the industry is stressful for someone new like myself. She is extremely nice, kind and personable. Karen helped us schedule showings for every house we wanted to see. When we found our perfect home, she stayed diligent and made sure we got our offer in before anyone else, and we were able to start and finish our home search within 3 weeks. She helped set us up with an inspection, communicated with our lender, found us a lawyer and did all the paperwork. A really great realtor. We are very happy with our home purchase. Would have her work for us again.
