I normally don’t write reviews, but felt that a review was important so other families, or anyone for that matter would be placed in good trustworthy hands while selling or buying a home. My family had just recently lost our mother and we were beginning the process of taking care of her home and belongings. We sought out the help of a realtor to help us with the daunting process of selling her home. We found the most caring and knowledgeable person to help us through that process and would highly recommend her. Her name is Kari Osborn, and is affiliated with the realty office of John L. Scott located in Lake Stevens Washington. Kari guided us through the whole process while making recommendations along the way and encouraging us to submit our ideas and thoughts. We were promptly updated during the process, and all our relentless questions were answered with kindness and understanding. We sold our home in Lake Stevens with Kari this spring. She was great at hand holding through the entire process as it was the first time we've sold a home. Kari was with us through every step and present for all appointments along the way (photography, appraisal, etc). We felt confident after interviewing multiple Realtors, that she knew the area best and had our interests at heart.

We had a fast, smooth transaction and were able to stay in the home after closing until our kids finished the school year due to some great negotiating. There was regular communication along the way and no questions were left unanswered. Kari even went above and beyond by doing a dump run for us on on move out day. We'll definitely recommend her to our friend selling in the area. Thanks Kari!

I would not be a homeowner without Kari's help. Kari was able to show me properties that I would not have found otherwise, including the home that she helped me to buy. Kari guided me through the bidding process in a very competitive real estate market. Kari helped me to correct a loan-related issue that would have prevented me from closing on my home.

Kari Osborn is the best damn agent this side of the Rockies! She is unassuming and nonjudgmental which made me feel comfortable when seeking her advice. She is very attentive and is able to find homes that suit your style and interest. We had a difficult closing with moving closing dates and she was present every step of the way, every day. Love this lady, HIGHLY recommend!
