Karin is simply Amazing! Her dedication is so impressive. She welcomed my husband & I so quickly. She impressed us with a warm smile each time we met...she has LOTS of patience :)...A great sense of humor and lots of knowledge. She was highly recommended by the Chamber of Commerce.

We first met Karin in late December 2019, she took the time to create a Notebook for each property that interested us...Even through the Pandemic she still made time for us all the way through September 2020...we purchased some land and decided to build. She has always been there for every detail. She will go out of her way to make sure you are satisfied.

We have used Karin as our realtor for 21 years when we first bought a lot in Clarksville, VA. She has always been very professional, given us great advice and been very active in finding the perfect place for us or just recently a buyer for a lot we were selling. Karin is very knowledgeable about the area. She has kept us well informed throughout the process. We would not consider using another realtor. We currently have a lot for sale through her.

Karin was wonderful! She made house hunting very easy. She was very knowledgeable about homes we looked at and knows everything about the area. We felt like she went out of her way when we asked questions. If she did not know the answer she had the answer very quickly. She was very responsive, if we emailed her or called her. My husband and I lucked into looking at a house shown by Karin Kuhn this year, we were immediately taken by the house and as that always goes there were a few hiccups in the buying process that we would have never made it through without Karin. She made it easier to negotiate with a stubborn seller, and made the high stress things like inspections almost painless. Karin has the forethought to think of what could and will probably happen during each individuals buying experience and tries to make it a pleasurable and exciting experience for the buyer, which puts you at ease and lowers anxiety which I was very appreciative of. I especially love the fact that she checks up on us periodically to ensure we are still happy with our new home. If I had to do it all over again, I would definitely still choose Karin, she not only was a great agent but has become a wonderful friend.
