My father and I are first time buyers and we were kind of lost in the terms of buying a house for the first time. Karina not only was very attentive and responsive, she also explained everything in detail so we could understand. She handled also the bank that would loan us the money and got us a great rate!!! We found our perfect home after just two or three months of looking. The process was really smooth, almost everything was done electronically except from the final papers. I would definitely recommend her!!! She even got us a plant a house warming gift!
