I had the pleasure of working with Karriem in finding a suitable tenant for my first floor apartment. He handled the entire process including listing my apartment on several sites, checking applicants credit history, performing background checks and checking references. He also took care of showing my apartment to potential renters. It can be stressful when trying to choose the right tenant to live in your home and his professionalism and experience alleviated that stress. I would recommend Karriem to anyone looking for a real estate agent/rental agent!

I have known Karriem now for 20 years! We met as neighbors when I first moved to the area. Karriem helped me adjust to the North Shore area and we became friends fast! I admire how Karriem spent his spare time coaching youth basketball while working full time and taking care of his family! I was excited when Karriem reached out to me about his new business venture. I have not be able to buy a new home yet, but Karriem has been so helpful with the whole process. He always sends me new listings and has provided me with so much knowledge about buying a new home. Karriem assisted us during our search several years back and he was always responsive whenever we wanted to view a property we came across online. We easily viewed over 30 properties over that summer and Karriem assisted us every step of the way. My boyfriend and I were extremely grateful when we came across our forever condo and he was able to get us an appt to view and put in an offer within 48 hrs. In between our viewing to us moving in took a matter of 2 months. We would highly recommend Karriem’s expertise if you are looking to purchase a home.
