Kashish is a wonderful realtor and overall person. We worked her for both selling our condo in Chicago as well as buying a home in the suburbs. Throughout the whole process, she was highly professional, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, responsive and would try to make any scheduling option work! She is well rounded in skill and is able to assist in both buying and selling.

From the selling perspective, she was able to provide us comparable information to make an informed decision on pricing for our unit, took care of professional photos and design of our unit, promoted our unit and assisted us in selling our unit for a competitive price within the private network before it even hit the general market. We will forever be grateful for her assistance in selling our home.

As for the buying process, particularly in 2021, she was incredible. The market was super tight and she was patient, continued to provide us with hope, would get us in to see houses as soon as they came on the market and worked to find out how we could make our offer as competitive as possible. We put in over 10 offers and saw over 50 (maybe more) homes and throughout the process, Kashish never demonstrated frustration or pushed us beyond her professional role. We finally found a home that we LOVE and where our offer was accepted. She was also open to our wants and needs.

All in all if you don't want to read all the above - Kashish is going to be one of the most attentive, caring and thorough realtors you will find. She puts her all into the work and will follow through until you find a home. So. Bottom line - choose her to find your next home, you won't be disappointed. Seriously!

Kashish is an excellent realtor and a very through professional. Not only is she very flexible with her timings but also provided valuable guidance throughout the process until closing and follows through every single time. I would highly recommend her as she has exceeded my expectations every single time.
