Kasia and her Team (Jentrey) were always available whenever I was interested in seeing a home. I was mainly available on snow days and they would travel 20 to 30 miles to help me with enthusiasm! The market has been a sellers market and very competitive. Kasia was able to negotiate skillfully where I had three different homes under contract till one finally met my needs. I would recommend Kasia and her team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

I'm a homeowner!!! It's a dream come true!

I wanted to shout out big time Kasia Budek-Sullenberger​​ with Humble Bee Realty for making my dreams come true.

She managed with my 50hr/a week work schedule and made a noticeable effort to show me homes outside of conventional hours.

She listened to my requests, she learned about me genuinely and found me something better than anything I could have created myself.

She helped me close in 2.5 weeks. I'm thrilled, and especially in this market, I know how special that all is. If you need to find a home, I can't recommend her and her team enough.

Kasia is just good people and a pleasure to work with. She did a superb job helping us prepare our home and set expectations. The marketing she did set the perfect tone and reflected the love my wife and I had for our home. She placed placards all around our house, using our own words to call out things that may otherwise have been missed. My wife and I moved into a hotel and relinquished our home over to the process for an incredible 125 showings and the open house that added another 39 individual parties through. In our absence, Kasia took great care of our home making sure there was a continuous supply of booties, sanitizer and masks available. She was the all-star over those 4 days navigating the dozens and dozens of texts, calls and voicemails she received from eager agents. During this time she provided us just the right amount of information and feedback to quell our curiosity, but not too much that we'd spend all our time focused on the craziness that was happening. In the end she presented us 29 amazing offers in a three page comparison grid. We reviewed each one slowly building to the crescendo of the final two offers nearing 30% over asking. We were so sad that we had to break the hearts of 28 families, but we were happy that our home was so well received. Kasia is sincere, tenacious, funny, knowledgeable, driven and the best realtor we have ever worked with.

Before hiring Kasia at Humble Bee Reality to sell my condo I interviewed couple other agents and decided to listed with Kasia because she was the only one that answered all my questions and concerns. With the way how the real estate market is evolving I felt confident and fully trusted Kasia’s strategy. She gave me daily updates throughout the whole time my condo was on market and quick follow up every evening. I wanted to take offers we received the first day but Kasia persistently stood by her strategy to wait and she was totally right because I received much better offers in coming days. After one week on the market condo sold a lot over asking and we closed in a record time. The closer came conveniently to our home, so we didn’t have to leave the house and signing papers wasn’t such a dreadful experience.
Kasia’s professionalism, strategy, negotiation skills and calmness made the whole experience a breeze and I would highly recommend Kasia to anyone who wants to be assured that their most important life investment is in best hands.

If I could give more the 5 stars I would!! Kasia was great since day one. She knew our goals and she was ready to pursue them for us since the day we met her. I randomly found Kasia on a Facebook group, she was one of the only people who responded to my message about helping us possibly move from Texas to Denver! Kasia was great to work with, she is Probally the happiest, positive and patient person ever! we knew nothing about where we would want to live or even if we actually even make the move! But Kasia took us under her wing, and patiently showed us around neighbourhood after neighbourhood, educating us about everywhere, until we found the one we loved.
Once we found the house she dealt with the builder for us and attended meetings we couldn’t be there for and gave us progress pictures while we were still living in another state!
Would highly recommend her and she has become a friend through the whole process too!

Kasia Sullenberger did a great job finding me a home. When we found the right house, she fought for it. We won against 18 other offers all in cash, and we still were able to negotiate several thousand dollars in the seller's concession. I got my house in the end although one of the seller's at one point changed their mind to selling the property. Kasia Sullenberger helped me find a place I can call home.

As a first time buyer in the Denver Metro, all I would hear from friends and co-workers was "Be Patient, it's not a lot out there", "You're likely going to get outbid", "Hurry-up, go ahead buy this one, it's not what you really want but..." With Kasia as my Realtor I went from a vague interest in home ownership to being under contract, in about the span of a week.
She is a good listener, and good judge of personality; making weeding down the options a breeze. She did a great job at negotiating the terms, and communicating with all parties. She was very knowledgable in the realty realm; whereas she saved me thousands of dollars buy recommending shopping around for, and pressing my lender to exploit lesser known savings tools.
Her network of business associates and friends is top notch, which is an invaluable resource when trying to do anything from saving money to life coaching/development.

Kasia Sullenberger is the real estate agent you have to have to make a good deal , when buying /selling any property. What a great personality she has, you get a feeling she is family to you after all. We were amazed by her negotiable skills, since we ended up getting a credit from the seller that we didn't even expect it and Kasia pointed out to other significant aspects of the house we didn't see, that decreased our final purchase price of the house. Considering today's competitive market that was incredible, Kasia made us even save some money! This is why it pays off to have an agent like her, so professional, experienced and knowledgeable. She has helped us sell a townhouse and buy a home within 5 week period, and she handled that very well, always on top of everything , carrying for our needs and dreams. There was a lot of pressure and stress, but Kasia would always come up with "the logic" we needed the most at that time more than emotions. It was one of the best deals me made, and truly we give this credit to our agent Kasia appreciating her hard and dedicated work to make us feel "at home".
