Kate went above and beyond to make sure she was with us every step of the way while we searched for our forever home. She was always available to answer any questions, regardless of what time of day it was. Not only did we know we were in the best hands throughout the entire house hunting process, my lawyer and loan advisor also complemented Kate on her professionalism and promptness to get things done. I would recommended Kate to anyone thinking to buy or sell a home! Thanks to her my husband and I have our dream home 😊

First and foremost, I cannot recommend Katelyn highly enough.

Every time my fiancé and I discuss the house search and buying process with family and friends, we always rave about how great our whole team was because of her.

Katelyn helped connect us with a lawyer (Grace Guiffrida) as well as a mortgage banker (Fulvio Chaljub) who swiftly became just as invaluable to us as she was. Although we did our best to be low maintenance clients, having everyone a text away willing to answer any questions was very comforting.

Throughout our whole experience, Katelyn explained every step, what we would need to do, have or who we would to need call to proceed to the next step(s). Not only that, but she would listen intently, both over the phone and in person during viewings. Remembering details of our answers, Katelyn and her assistants would then use the new information to filter and refine the search to help find our dream house.

As a potential buyer or seller, it can be overwhelming to choose an agent or company but you will be hard-pressed to find someone that truly cares as much as Katelyn Montrony.

Engaging, responsive, attentive, and knowledgeable concerning all aspects of our sales process, especially overcoming the roadblocks presented during the pandemic. The organized chaos of a Covid-19 open house was fun to watch, and the professional atmosphere created was sincerely appreciated.
