About Katherin

Katherin is the founder and CEO of Triangle Real Estate Group, a North Carolina-based real estate brokerage widely- known for integrating technology with aggressive strategies. Under Katherin’s leadership, the firm has enjoyed notable market success, impressive year-over-year growth, and a host of coveted industry recognitions. Katherin attributes the firm’s success to leading with integrity, trust-building, responsiveness, and always honoring relationships.

Katherin learned essential business management practices during her college years that continue to serve her as a leader. Early in her career, Katherin became one of North Carolina’s youngest real estate agents to attain the distinction of broker in charge. Katherin’s continued career success includes several progressively challenging operations, recruitment, marketing, project management, and franchise owner roles.

A technologist at heart, Katherin maximized her early-adopter nature to self-teach a number of industry tech tools and programs designed to enhance real estate experiences and drive efficiencies. When tech trends replaced conventional paper-based transactions in her industry, Katherin was both ahead of the curve and in her element.

A proud member of the National Association of Women Business Owners, Katherin currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Raleigh chapter. Additionally, she maintains industry memberships with the National Association of REALTORS®, the North Carolina Association of REALTORS®, and the North Carolina Regional Multiple Listing Service. Her local-market memberships include both the Triangle and Rocky Mount Area Association of REALTORS®, respectively.

Katherin believes that her commitment to self-improvement and life-long learning through continuing education and professional development are key to staying relevant; and her industry credentialing includes Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Certified Residential Specialist, and Accredited Buyer Representative, are key to enjoying deeper levels of long-term industry success.

An experienced and principled leader, Katherin served a multi-year term on the Risk Advisory Committee for the North Carolina Association of REALTORS®. She also dutifully served as a Raleigh-area Board Member for Rotary International, whose global humanitarian efforts are legendary.
