Katherine Eide

Katie is a native of Colorado and grew up on the western slope in Montrose. Katie founded Perch Real Estate in 2015 with a desire to unite her love of real estate with her care for people. She is passionate about forging relationships with clients and assuring that they are informed and educated throughout the entire buying and selling process. She specializes loves helping everyone from first time home buyers to seasoned investors. She loves educating people on the Denver market and specializes in working with client’s long term to make their real estate dreams a reality. She lives in Lakewood with her husband, Brooks, and her two golden retrievers, Sadie and Bear.
