For Kate, real estate is not just a job but her life-long passion. Working as an agent represents the culmination of a dream that started in 7th grade at Career Day. There is nothing she enjoys more than matching buyers and sellers to the perfect home.

Kate prides herself on her ability to listen to her clients' wants and needs and translate them into reality. Her years in real estate management and development gave her an eye for detail and the ability to find creative solutions to any issue. Known for her effervescent personality, she is committed to making each interaction with her clients a positive one. Kate is also a firm and assured negotiator who gets results. Whether upsizing to a single-family home in Chevy Chase or downsizing to a condo in Arlington, Kate has the skills and resources to successfully bring your transaction to closing.

Kate graduated from the University of Notre Dame where she met her husband, Rob. After starting their careers in Chicago, they relocated to D.C. in 2006. They now live in American University Park with their four children and dog. Kate loves seeing the world and tries to travel somewhere new each year. She counts eating as her favorite hobby and enjoys trying new restaurants and cooking for friends. Kate loves to read and wishes she had more free time to do so.
