Working with Kathy was like
working with a family member. We could count on her to answer questions, make valued suggestions and always make herself available when we made decisions on the improvements we should make prior to putting our home on the market. She worked hard once our house was ready for sale, setting up open houses and viewing and listened to the input of the potential buyers so we could make some changes to improve things we may have missed. We worked together on the staging and the pictures she took highlighted the spaciousness of the rooms and storage space. My husband and I would highly recommend Kathy to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Her hard work and sparkling personality made working with her a total pleasure. Thank you for everything Kathy you are the best.
