"Jersey Girl", born and raised in "Bonjovi-ville", Sayreville NJ. I since live in Monmouth County for 24 years and spend most of my free time in Ocean County at the Jersey Shore. Growing up in Middlesex, living in Monmouth and my spare time in Ocean County at the shore, I can honestly say that I am extremely familiar and highly knowledgeable of all three counties.
A real estate professional since 2003. I am consistent with staying current on all market trends and know the value of homes in my areas of expertise. I work closely and have good relations with my business partners ie.; inspectors, mortgage lenders, attorneys, and title companies which is "critical" for a smooth transaction AND to get to the closing table. My previous experience consists of 20 plus years in corporate sales and contract negotiations, project management as well as customer service management.
