Kathy was recommended by a neighbor and what a great recommendation it was. After we contacted Kathy she was the perfect Agent for us to sell our home. She provided a review of the houses on the market and that had sold in our area and suggested the listing price. We followed her recommendation and our home was under contract in lesss than 4 weeks. Kathy helped us prepare the home for viewing by making staging suggestions which we thought were very helpful, especially with the areas that we were concerned about. All of the viewwings were handled very professionally and we were never inconvenienced. Once the contract was signed Kathy handled all of certifcation appointments and followed up with the inspectors and kept us informed. We really appreciated Kathy's professionalism and efficiency with our time and effort. We highly recommend Kathy for anyone thinking about selling their home in the New Jersey area. She was the perfect person for us and we couldn't be happier with her and her team at BHHS & Fox.
