Kathryn Chamberlin

Hello, My name is Katie Chamberlin. Four years ago my Husband, our 3 kids and I relocated from sunny San Diego, CA to the Seattle area. I was in for a definite shock since we moved in October. I have to say there is nowhere more beautiful than the Pacific North West though. Since being in Washington we have lived in Redmond, north Seattle and Maple Valley. We just bought a home in Maple Valley, and are loving it!

For over 2 years we tried to buy a house and lost out on many homes that we feel in love with. So, I know first hand the frustrations of buying a home in a hot market and how hard it can be. My job is to figure out what the seller and buyer want and hope to meet in the middle. Everyone wants to feel like they came out ahead and happy with the process. My husband and I have bought and sold houses so I have first hand experience of what it feels like from a buyer's perspective and a seller's point of view.
