Kathy Diaz

Kathy brings two decades of sales and marketing experience to her real estate business. A native Arizonan and a graduate of Arizona State University, Kathy began her career as a Registered Nurse. Early on she felt that her innate sense of caring for others enabled her clients to feel comforted and at ease during the most stressful of situations. Kathy continued her career in the medical sales field where her strong leadership, people skills and dedication to her clients resulted in proven sales results. She later took a position as a Director of Marketing for a prominent, luxury homebuilder and developer where she was responsible for all marketing and sales efforts to ensure unbeaten and profitable home sales.

When asked, “Why a career in real estate,” Kathy replied, “drawing from my diverse business background and combining it with my love for real estate, it is an easy decision to make. Kathy believes that an unparalleled atmosphere of professionalism, superior customer service, and a specialty in the East Valley real estate market is imperative to building lasting relationships and loyalty with her clients. Kathy lives in Ahwatukee with her husband and three children.
